LATEST COMIC : The Birds and the He...

If you listened to us earlier tonight on Late Nite Jenga Jam (http://www.jengajam.net/), we let you in on a couple of plans we have for the future of [citation needed] and cn-comics.com.

We have tons in store for the site, but our primary focus involves wrapping-up Season 3 of [citation needed] and beginning Season 4. There will be big and small changes, but it will still be the [c n] you’ve come to know and love. Chris likes to call it a “Soft Reset.”

No need to worry though–we’ve got it all planned out.

Notes on the end of Season 3 and the beginning of Season 4

This is how Chris writes citation needed.

Yesterday, an article about our very own [citation needed] went live over at comicbookandmoviereviews.com.

So, support us (and the nice person who did interview) Check it out, here.

And, in case you missed it–Project Wonderful also recently posted an interview with us over at their Google+ page! Check that out too!

Sorry for the short notice, but there will be no [c n] updates this week.

However, it’s not without reason.

This week, Amy finally launches her solo project, Cardigan Weather. Even better, it starts Friday with the first installment of a four-part story arc! Woo!

As for today, we’ll be releasing an all-new ACTION FOOD later tonight (10PM EST) to help hold you over until [c n] returns next week.

In other news, Chris will soon be writing for the online Art Magazine, AppleJuice and has recently been cast in an upcoming local, indie film project set to begin shooting in late May (more on that in the next few months). Finally, both Chris and Amy will be attending MOCCA Fest this weekend, where Amy will officially debut Cardigan Weather with a limited-run mini comic!

It’s a pretty exciting and busy time for us at cn-comics.com, so thanks for sticking with us and keep checking back. We have even more planned in the weeks and months to come.

You may or may not have noticed, but we’ve brought back the commenting feature on individual comics. We toyed around with creating a forum post for each new comic, but it seems that everyone missed single thread commenting directly under each installment, and to be honest, I think we did t0o.

Let us know how you like it and if you have any issues!

So, you may have noticed we’re still tweaking the new site! It’s pretty cool, right?

Unfortunately, that means updates have gone slightly off schedule at times and that we haven’t quite been able to implement everything we wanted to right away. For example, that shop of ours? It’s coming. Soon. We promise.

So thanks for reading and check back often! We’ll be debuting two new projects soon!

Like this snazzy new site? We do. Big up to our main man, Jonathan Morrow for his incredible work on the coding and design. This was a labor of hate love that we all thought would be a good idea back in May 2011. Here we are… Live and alive. Some things you may notice:

Comments are not gone, they moved! Head over to the Forum for discussion threads on the first two seasons, and new threads with every new release.

Action Food has it’s VERY OWN PAGE. Go fangasm over Chris’ work there, and in its dedicated Forum section.

Reading from the beginning? Use our BOOKMARK tool to save your place.

Our shop will be opening this week. I’ll be offering prints of any comic, original comic art on the original paper, and custom postcards to start. Look forward to other merch as we move along…

Feel free to poke around, we’ll be tweaking and adding more along the way!

Welcome to the sexy, snazzy, sassy new cn-comics.
